Creation of The Postcard and Socials

Welcome back to my blog! Today my group and I created the postcard and social media account. For the social media account, we used Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube. Sofia offered to create the account since she remembered, her password into her main account and because she had an extra emails she could use. It only took about 15 minutes for her to create the all the accounts. The first thing we did was add our username and bio. We created a username based on our movie title, Shattered Bonds. For our bio we wrote:

AICE Media Studies A level, 2024

Here we will post updates on our movie!

Producers are Natalia Sorbo, Carleigh Tripp, Sofia Di Campli, and Jenna Olson

Once that was complete we added a profile photo and it was the PDF version of our postcard.

we did this for every social media account except YouTube. Since youtube is more about posting videos, we just added a profile photo and a username. To make it easy on ourselves and the graders we used the same profile picture and username for each account.

Now that social media was complete, my group and I began to work on our Postcard. We made a checklist to make sure we met every requirement. Most importantly we wanted to make sure our postcard resembles the features in our film. The features including blood, colors like red and black, and drawings that portray certain scenes. On the front of the postcard we added a background to make it more exciting. The background included shattered glass and blood. My group and I found this to be perfect because it correlates with our movie so well, Shattered Bonds. The back of the post card had a black background with dripping blood at the top. One the back we included all the information. For example the relase date and where the movie was going to be aired. The postcard looks amazing and I'm super proud of my group because the creativeness was out of this world. Thanks for reading!
